It is pretty tough to beat a rack of lamb for taste and flavour.  A perfectly cooked, medium-rare oven roasted rack of lamb is mouth-wateringly delicious, so juicy and tender.

An important thing to remember with lamb is that the flavour of the meat itself is so good that you don’t want to overdo the seasonings and herbs.
